Table in Draw losing formatting

Hello
I'm creating a poster with Draw.
It contains a table with 7 columns and about a dozen rows. I've encountered three significant problems:
1) Changes to cell border width and color get lost.
2) Changes to font size get lost.
3) Changes to spacing between cell borders and text get lost.
#1 and #3 occur while the file is open; I found that #2 occurred between save and close, and a subsequent open
E.g., wrt #2 I attach a shot of the table. Before saving all checkmarks were the same size.
Suggestions?
Arthur

Please upload a sample file here, and please upload a screen shot picture about the formatted state of your table. (Please use .png file format and optimize your picture to 256 color before you upload it here, because the file size limit is 128 KiB in this forum.)

Thanks Zizi
I attach the document. No privacy concerns -- a refined version will be presented next week.
Three screenshots are available in

Feel free to modify and repost them as you wish.
Thanks for your help.

To answer my own post, I'm considering 3 approaches to addressing this problem:
a) Upgrade to the most recent OO, although that only makes sense if these are known bugs and have been fixed,
b) Recreate with a matrix individual rectangles, which is my leading short-term backup plan, and
c) Switch to Adobe Illustrator, which is my long-term plan.
Arthur
PS. If these are not known, and fixed bugs, could someone please report them? I don't have time.

How you tried to apply the border lines?
I can not see any border lines on your pictures. The grey lines are not real border lines, but they are
helper lines only for the edit mode of the table. They will be appeared when you swith the table into "edit mode" (when the whole table will be selected).
You need apply real border lines at least 1 Pt line width - if you want border lines for the table. (The 0,05 Pt is a very thin line width)

Oh, sorry... The border line adjusting function exists in the LibreOffice only,
- Line_width_for_border_line_of_the_Draw_tables_LibreOffice
but not exist in the Apache OpenOffice (It is not exist in my the AOO 4.1.5 portable version)
- Line_width_for_border_line_of_the_Draw_tables_OpenOffice
I have tried this function in my LibreOffice 5.4.7 version first, then checked it in the the Apache OpenOffice 4,1,5 version...

As you see on my pictures the Borderline function works in the recent AOO 4.1.5 version, but the line width function not.
I just set and adjusted the line properties of the table border in my Libreoffice 5.4.7:
It is appeared (without any changing) in my AOO 4.1.5 too. You can adjust the line color (and style), but you can not adjust the line width with the AOO.

Thanks Zizi
Table line border width does exist in the "Table properties" function of AOO 4.1.3 on the mac.
There are 2 ways to do it: "Table properties" directly, and "select rows - control click - select table".
Please see screenshots illustrating this in this Dropbox folder:

The bug is that these changes to the border lines get lost, as you see in "oo draw table problems - deselected, gridlines vanish". I don't know exactly which step loses them.
