Convert Writer document in reports on Base

Trying to import data from writer into base to create reports.

Install LibreOffice 6.
menu:File>New>Database...
Connect to existing database of type "Writer Document".
The database document will treat all text tables as database tables. The data remain in the Writer document.
Now you can create a report from a database table which is a text table actually.

They are not tables in the writer document just text

I want to covert the text headings into base headings and convert those into reports
