Hi I've recently got a new laptop and am trying to install the lastest OpenOffice but I get the above error code after unpacking the files, seems to be the .msi file that's causing it? I'm running on Windows 11 64bit, had the manufacturer (PCSpecialist UK) run through with me but they couldn't figure it out.
I've had it installed on my old Windows 10 32bit laptop with no issues, please help!

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Why not try LibreOffice? AOO development is almost non existent.
See:

Hi Hagar Delest, thank you for your suggestion but that's giving me a similar error as well.
I've installed C Cleaner no problems, but I'm getting the same error with a program called AnyRail. That and OpenOffice had zero issues on my aforementioned laptop. I'm afraid my knowledge is rudimentary with this but googling the problem has yet to fix it.

Thank you LastUnicorn, I tried the first fix and now LibreOffice and AnyRail have installed as normal, fingers crossed it stays fixed.
Huge thanks for your help!
