Not printing on the selected label

I am trying to print one label on a sheet. When I design the job it looks fine. When I click "print" the preview shows the content of the label at the top of the page and not oriented as a label. When I print it looks just like the preview. The template seems to be ignored and it just prints it at the top left of the page. I even tried to give it a top margin equal to the first row of labels and it still printed top left.
The template is Avery 5163

Generating since Bibliography database
Exporting to PDF

Tested with OpenOffice 4.1.15 and Win11 Pro
