Constant Crashing on MacOS 10.15

Every time I try and add a new sheet or Sum from a previous sheet it crashes. Then I have to recover the whole spreadsheet. I can't use it as a spreadsheet if I can use sums or new sheets. Please help. I have updated and changed the profile, plus everything suggested.

I do not experience this problem. Read these posts about similar difficulties. Perhaps one will match your symptoms. Review [Tutorial] Mac FAQ, especially Q28/A28. If you solve the problem, I am interested in how you did that so I can update Mac FAQ. Word processor (Pages), spreadsheet (Numbers), and presentation (Keynote) applications come pre-installed from Apple on your Mac. You can use them if you are having trouble with OpenOffice. I have looked at everything. I can't even place a new sheet now. It's since the 4 updates. I can use it it was always fine but is getting worse with each update!

I have deleted the user file and rebooted it. Everytime I try to add or copy a new sheet it quits
