Hello,
Is it possible to disable the [Extensions] button in LibreOffice? In that case a user cannot install any extension, and that is exactly what we want.
Feedback is appreciated and with kind regards,
TheStingPilot

Do not install the LibreOffice. Then the Users can not install LO extensions.

Zizi64's suggestion was for a quick and simple solution, offered in just as the emoricon indicates.
I do not use LibreOffice so cannot make any specific suggestion relative to that, but for OpenOffice (which will probably work in LibreOffice) I suggest marking the appropriate folders in the OpenOffice (LibreOffice) User Profile as "read-only". This should prevent new extensions being installed, although it does not remove the button.

You can hide the Extension Manager item in the Menu, in the Hotkey list, etc. by usage of the the Customize feature
(But the Users can Unhide them.)

This is a common forum for the Users of the OO.o derivatives. I am using LibreOffice.
But it has never occurred to me to disable useful features in a free or even open source software.

This is not a typical Windows program. I would try the Linux approach.
Install any wanted packages with admin priviledge to the installation folder. You can do so with the unopkg program with the --shared switch. you find it in Program Files\LibreOffice4\program\
Set directory %APPDATA%\LibreOffice\4\user\uno_packages in the user profile read-only for users and see what happens.
