I entered the wrong password and got locked-out. No problem, I requested a new password but now when I complete the CAPTCHA it just says I'm locked oud and gives me a new CAPTCHA. Infinite loop!

What's wrong, how do I fix it. I'm running Linux Mint 20 Cin.
My original account is rtellshow.
