[Solved] Black titles in blue menu boxes

All title menu boxes are dark blue blue in color, the titles messages are printed in black. MY 80 year old eyes cant read the content of the title boxes. I have searched the OO help files for title color and nothing came up.
Please help me change the title color boxes to white with black copy or white copy on dark blue. This program could be very useful if I knew what to expect
