See attached file. I want to change the link to point to a different avi file.
I have puzzled over Help and searched the forum but I still cannot edit it. I must be doing something wrong.
Edit: The hyperlink was added by Insert > Hyperlink ..., which opened the Hyperlink window. The web address was placed in the Path field. The words were placed in the Text field. No other fields were changed.
Click the surrounding frame.
Hit F2 to enter the frame
Ctrl+A to select all content or select the hyperlink manually if there is more content in the box.
menu:Insert>Hyperlink... shows the properties of an existing hyperlink if one is selected.
Please, edit this topic's initial post and add "[Solved]" to the subject line if your problem has been solved.

Many thanks ... but it still does not work for me.
1. I click the box surrounding the link (tricky as you don't know where it is!). This brings up the blue rectangle with handles. The text is as before - it is not highlighted.
2. Press F2. The text gets a grey background and the frame handles disappear. Left clicking the text does nothing.
3. Menu: Insert > Hyperlink ..., brings up the hyperlink box as below but everything is empty.
4. The Hyperlink box opens as shown. Clicking Internet in the left pane makes no difference.
I was expecting the box to be filled with the text I have and also with the link.

Here you miss the Ctrl+A
After Ctrl+A, selected text have blue background like any text selection.
Ctrl+K (insert hyperlink) show the link now

1. View > Toolbars > Hyperlink - it's at the bottom of the list. This opens the Hyperlink toolbar at the top of the screen, to the right of the word Slides.
2. Left click the box surrounding the link to bring up the blue box.
3. Press F2 to get the grey background to the words.
4. Double left click on the centre of the text. The background changes to black and the text changes to yellow. At the same time this populates the toolbar with the address and the text.
5. Edit as required. Press ENTER.
A second and better method seems to be:
1. Left click the box surrounding the link to bring up the blue box.
2. Press F2 to get the grey background to the words.
3. Go Insert > Hyperlink ..., to open the Hyperlink pop-up window.
4. Double left click on the centre of the text. The background changes to black and the text changes to yellow. At the same time this populates the Hyperlink pop-up with the address and the text.
5. Edit as required. Press ACCEPT.
See later post for an example .odp file.

Thanks to all. It is certainly very tricky! It seems there are several methods and it is not intuitive, or not to me.
I would normally have expected it to be something like "right click the object and a pop-up menu appears which allows the edit".
I attach a file with detailed instructions. Strangely editing an existing link uses the Insert > Hyperlink ..., dialogue which is used to insert the link originally.
