[Solved] Want to change how to insert Greek letters in 4.0

Hello,

just installed 4.0.1 and was unpleasantly surprised by the fact that now I have to type for example %Eta instead of %eta for a lower case eta. How can I switch back to the old behavior?

Or is it a bug, I cannot conceive a rationale for this mix up of upper and lower case mess. Here the new world:

I get the lower case Greek letters with these symbols

What are your user interface and locale settings under Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages?

I use and installed the german version:
"Apache_OpenOffice_4.0.1_Win_x86_install_de.exe" (AOO401m5(Build:9714) - Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29 (Fr, 20 Sep 2013)) which shows the above mentioned behavior.
I made a parallel installation with:
"Apache_OpenOffice_4.0.1_Win_x86_install_en-GB.exe" (AOO401m5(Build:9714) - Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29 (Fr, 20 Sep 2013)) and there everything is fine.

So I will use the English version in future,
